Water Dance

Watching the Orca's  playing  in the waters off the BC coast. I was inspired to sculpt Water Dance. It was one of the  times when the stone was saying I'm the rock for your vision. I left the background high to look like the Rocky Mountains along our coast line. The stone provided the color and veins to give the appearance of swirling waters. It's sculpted in Quebec Soapstone, on display at Fathom Stone Art in Whistler BC  www.fathomstone.com

Horse With No Name

After spending time in Italy I wanted to sculpt in Marble.  The stone the masters  worked in. It's a beautiful to work with very hard. This piece is unique in that it has natures patterns of millions of years of formation. It's on display at Fathom Stone Art in Whistler BC www.fathomstone.com
